Do I need to live in the USA or UK to own a company there?
No. Non-residents can own US and UK companies. Some steps, such as banking and tax registration, have extra requirements for non-residents, and we explain them during the consultation.
Will a company abroad give me a visa or residency?
No. Forming a company is separate from immigration. A company does not by itself give you a visa or the right to live in that country. In some countries, such as Thailand, a company that meets the official requirements can later support a work permit and visa application, but the authorities make that decision.
Can you guarantee a Stripe or bank account?
No one can. Each provider decides based on its own eligibility, KYC and risk checks. We help you choose suitable providers and prepare a complete application.
I want to sell on Amazon. What should I tell you first?
